At Mamimi, we want your shopping experience to be quick, easy and secure. That's why we offer several payment options designed for you. See the available options below:

Payment Options Available

Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)

  • When choosing to pay by credit card, simply fill in the requested details. If for any reason the transaction is not accepted by the payment platform, your order will be cancelled and we will notify you. (We regret, but we have no control over payment cancellation).

ATM

  • You have 24 hours after placing your order to make the payment at an ATM or via home banking. Use the details provided in your order confirmation (entity/reference/amount) that we sent to your registered email.

Apple Pay/Google Pay

  • Pay with a simple tap or glance. An easier, safer and more private method, without the need to fill out forms on the website.

Klarna

  • Klarna offers flexible payment options, allowing you to buy now and pay later. With Klarna, you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. The first payment is made when your order is processed, and the other two payments are automatically debited every 30 days from a debit or credit card of your choice. With Klarna, you have the freedom to shop without additional interest.

Transaction Security

At Mamimi, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure that all your transactions are safe and secure. Your payment information is encrypted during transmission and is not stored on our servers after the transaction is complete.

Payment Procedures

  • Credit Card: Enter your card details on the payment page and follow the instructions to complete the transaction. A payment authorization will be made at the time of purchase and the amount will be debited from your card when the order is shipped.

  • Multibanco: Make the payment at an ATM (multibanco) or via home banking, using the data provided (entity/reference/amount) within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Select the corresponding option on the payment page and follow the instructions on your device.

  • Klarna: Choose Klarna as your payment method at checkout and follow the instructions to select your preferred payment option. You can choose to pay later or split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.

Additional Information

  • Payment Confirmation: After your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive confirmation within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

  • Payment Issues: If you encounter any issues when attempting to make a payment, please contact us immediately at geral@mamimi.pt . We are here to help resolve any payment-related issues.

  • Refunds: In case of return or cancellation of the order, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The time it takes for the credit to be credited to your account may vary depending on the payment method and the policy of the bank or card operator.
