Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mamimi website and the purchase of physical products sold through it.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.


Products

Mamimi sells DIY kits for breast milk jewelry and related accessories.
The product images and descriptions are presented with the greatest possible accuracy.


Prices and Payments

All prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate, unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are processed through secure platforms.


Shipping and Delivery

The shipping times and conditions are detailed on the "Shipping Costs" page, which is an integral part of this contract.


Right of Free Resolution

According to article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has a period of 14 days to cancel the contract, without needing to state a reason, starting from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate their decision through an unequivocal statement sent to info@mamimi.pt .


Effects of Free Resolution

In the case of a valid free resolution:

  • Mamimi will refund the amount paid for the product and the initial shipping costs (when applicable);

  • Within a maximum period of 14 days ;

  • After receiving the returned products or proof of their shipment.


Return Costs

In the event of exercising the right of free withdrawal within the legal period, the costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the consumer , in accordance with article 13, § 2 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.


Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for personalized products, or products that have been used or damaged due to misuse, in accordance with legal terms.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity:
